1 year with the Bambulab A1

Image
1 Year with the Bambulab A1 You are all going to think that I am absolutely nuts for this. And I very much so am. But I will celebrate the anniversary of anything that's important to me: OC birthdays, my cat's adoptaversary, my friend's birthdays, how long I've been dating my girlfriend for, my own birthday, and for how long I've had my 3D printer. How ridiculous, I know.  For a while now, after getting my Bambulab A1 3D printer, I meant to make a solid review video of it.  But now that it's been a year, (I received my printer on October 25th, 2024) I think my experience will have heightened my review. I think writing this review now will be better than it would've been 3 weeks after I got the printer.  So here it is... what do we want first? The bad news or the good news? Ya know what? I'm gonna go over everything that has troubled me... but then end it off with the good stuff. Because there's more good stuff than bad and I want to leave a good tast...

My last full summer in Spain - Log 1 - Return to the house of memories.

My Last Full Summer In Spain LOG 1 CHAPTER 1 - Return to the House of Memories Not a single summer in my entire life has gone by where I didn't visit my family in Spain. And eventually, I think I will talk more about those previous summers and how they've all changed 1 by 1 leading up to this one. But I'll leave those stories for future posts. And it will be a soon future as I must explain a lot in order for this summer to really come across as well as I'd like for it to.  But right now, I'm going to start here. Now. Where I currently am.  I graduate from The University of Akron in May of 2026. After that, my life changes from a train on rails to a plane in the sky. I'll be able to pursue my career job of choice, settle with my girlfriend, even marry her down the line, and I can live my life as I want with a degree in Photography. A passion that was a lifetime in the making even though I didn't fully realize it until around 2 years ago.  Once I graduate and ...

A Minecraft Movie: Stupid; but in a sweet way

After 10 years of waiting, I finally got a Minecraft Movie in my life...  And it was just about what I expected from such a thing. Because my expectations were either of two things... the either two ways the movie could go. Bad... or good.  For me? It was both. My tagline for this movie is: Stupid. But in a sweet way.  Just a warning that this blog WILL contain MAJOR SPOILERS. So read ONLY if you've seen the movie or you just don't care and need something to read off of some guy's obscure blog.  First off, my first impressions were just pure excitement. It started with the world loading screen and I knew we were in for a fun ride. Steve's whole intro already was absolutely amazing and I really felt connected through the orchestral version of C418's 'Minecraft.' This orchestral version being something that I always wanted to hear for a Minecraft movie. It was an odd dream come true to hear it. There were so many fun easter eggs and references scattered throu...

I'm Rock-aTired of the Rock-afire

Image
I know this is some heavy news for most of my viewers but I'm considering just unlisting some Rock-afire related videos off my channel.  As I said on my YouTube community posts section: I've never been all about the views and Subscribers when creating YouTube content but I'm starting to think it's a little ridiculous how I'm trapped in some algorithm bullshit. Of course, I'm talking about Rock-afire Explosion content and how it's just plagued view counts on my original content and the type of audience that I get. I gave up making a bunch of Rock-afire Explosion content years ago by now and those videos still get thousands of views in comparison to my newer videos that sometimes can't even break past 20-30 views. The unluckiest videos are forever stuck at 5 views and never get past it.  I still do YouTube for fun but I'm just jealous of my own older content getting more attention than ones that I put WAY more effort into! If I can get 45k views on a v...

What's going on with me - February 2025

Image
Just to keep my blog less silent, I feel like I could provide some life updates towards the end of every month. I also just like to get things off my chest, get my thoughts out there, and talk about (to others or to just me) what I've been up to and how I've just been generally doing.  As of writing this I am currently in the midst of one of the busiest weeks of the semester... but that's just part of how college works. It takes up a lot of my time and I need to dedicate a lot of my life to it. But here's the thing:  My personal philosophy on college: I'm not really complaining about all the stressful work I have to do in order to get through the week -or even the whole month.  I just know that I'm working with my true passion in Photography and Illustration and the hard work I do is out of love for what I want to do once I graduate.  Life after college (or after I turn 25) is like a speeding truck hurdling towards me. The hard work and effort that I pour into m...

HUGE M-T CREATIONS NEWS!!!

HUGE M-T CREATIONS NEWS!!! Big things are coming to M-T Creations for this February!  First things first,  I'M WORKING TO KICKSTART AN ETSY SHOP! But before I do, I have my ideas listed down in a survey for people to vote on their favorites! For now, everything I'll sell will be 3D Printed and every idea I have will go on the shop, but I feel like I should start with the most popular ideas.  Take my Etsy shop survey here! I know, I know, no one likes taking a survey. But I really would like the data and it's super simple, I promise! You read through my ideas, pick your favorites, your preferred price range, and done!  EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU WON'T BUY ANYTHING!!! Getting an opinion is all I need! And I'll make it fun with some good old fashioned bribery: If you take my survey, comment your favorite idea from my list and I'll give you a shoutout in my next or future video! I'll take comments here on the blog and whenever I post a video scripted off of this blog...

I could not for the life of me get Indiana Jones and the Great Circle to work... Until it did... WHAT HAPPENED!?

Image
This blogpost was originally going to be a draft for sending my problem into help forums or Reddit to see if anyone else was able to fix my copy of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. And I was going to post it anyway on my blog in order to just tell a funny current life story and update it to the internal M-T in my brain who's interested.  And now all this is irrelevant but I'm going to post it anyway just so all this writing and brain power doesn't go to waste...  So what happened? I bought Indiana Jones and the Great Circle... and it didn't work... Here was the problem with the game:  When I first booted up the game, the screen would appear really, really small in the top left corner of the game. I tried to fix this but now the remaining issue is that the game boots up with a black screen and freezes my PC.  Could it be a compatibility issue? I don't think so: Here are the game's system requirements: Here are my PC specs: OS: Windows 11 pro (Shouldn't be ...

A Minecraft Movie should at least introduce The Order of The Stone. Here's why:

Image
Everyone is hating on the Minecraft Movie, which is understandable, but there's something that I still hope they really do because it's right under everyone's noses.  It's the simple fact that they have the PERFECT chance to introduce The Order of the Stone into the movie. There are so many things that could put it perfectly into place.  First, I must explain what the Order of the Stone is and what it means to Minecraft.  When Notch created the game, he cycled through many potential names for this game.  The first consideration was “Cave Game” and then it became “Minecraft: Order of the Stone” before it was shortened to just be “Minecraft.  The Order of the Stone became significant in Minecraft: Story Mode as one of the main plot devices. They made the Order of the Stone into a group of heroes:  Gabriel: The Warrior Ellegaard: The Redstone Engineer Magnus: The Rogue Soren: The Architect Then, for those who’ve seen the Minecraft Movie trailers, we know that ...

Lenyll Otazz - The Catalyst Witch

Image
This past summer I created a brand new character who eventually became a super important part to my "M-T Verse". I think it's finally time that everyone meets: Lenyll Otazz! What is Lenyll? I decided to make Lenyll Otazz something very special. She's what I like to call 'A Catalyst.' This means that she holds the power to interact with other dimensions, alternate universes, other universes entirely, and visit different timelines or points in time. She is super powerful. But she can still be vulnerable. She's just really hard to kill. Once she gained her Catalyst power she erased every single other instance of her entity from existence on every other timeline and alternate universe. There is only one Lenyll Otazz at least as long as she holds her Catalyst powers. The power she holds is dangerous enough to destroy worlds if she herself isn't careful. Hence the name of her power. She also holds trickster powers which help in making her hard as heck to ki...
